With 20 years experience teaching movement and getting people back into shape and a new daughter in one arm, Christina realised how lucky she was to have her health, her fitness and to be fully informed about the best nutrition for her family. Keeping up with a toddler, a full time business and later becoming a single mum, required all these skills and became the foundation for creating Fat Free Mama and helping other women get their hotness back!
