If it’s time to shake your coffee habit or that tipple or two with dinner needs to go, you will succeed for longer if you can find delicious alternatives to fill their space. Spend a moment thinking about when and why you like your favourite beverage – then, take your taste buds somewhere new. Be bold, the health food shop attendant won’t judge you if you have no idea what chicory is.
1. Ecco (or chai, dandelion, teeccino, chicory) Vs Coffee. While you’re at it, experiment with different milks like home made almond milk.
2. Sparkling water with cordial, fresh fruit and crushed ice VS a white wine. In my favourite drink glass of course.
I love Lime, cucumber and mint. Elderflower, lemon and coriander. And grapes, blueberry and cherry. I need a spoon for these!

4. Water. No blog on drink is complete without praise for H2O. It plays a big part in our digestion, cleansing systems and actually quenching thirst. Drink 2 glasses in the morning before breakfast and have a glass before you enjoy your beverage to knock down your 8 glasses a day.
Congratulation for giving your body some love! Old habits can take time to break, but that time passes anyway.
